CEO for Life: Scm Group awarded for “Solutions Library” project
24/10/2024Digital transformation and sustainability are at the core of Scm Group's “Solutions Library” project, awarded at the CEO for Life event for the Innovation category.
The objectives and exclusive features of the project were explained yesterday by our CEO Marco Mancini during the morning session dedicated to the topics of innovation and artificial intelligence.
What is “Solutions Library?” It is a library of technical solutions for employees and customers, leveraging symbolic artificial intelligence for content classification and extraction and generative artificial intelligence for a “conversational” user experience, with the aim of putting into process and enhancing the wealth of knowledge gained in more than seventy years of experience in the field of woodworking technologies and other materials.
As Mancini said from the CEO for Life’s stage, “Keeping this heritage alive, handing it down, and making it accessible in a clear and simple way is not only strategic in the relationship with the customer, but is also a choice that is strongly consistent with the principles of sustainability.”
