Under the spotlight, the new CNC machining centre Oikos xs 650, the latest in the OIKOS range with all its advantages while offering improved performance, together with the solutions dedicated to the production of structural beams, CLT wall and floor elements, prefabricated walls, roofs and insulating panels.
OIKOS XS 650: cross the line to smarter productivity
Oikos xs 650 is the new 5-axis machining centre designed for the timber construction industry, ideal for beams with cross-sections up to 650x310 mm, intended for the production of prefabricated walls, roofs and glulam beams.
Thanks to the full-stroke clamp and various operating units, it processes all six faces of the beam without the need for turning, in a single pass, ensuring high productivity, precision, a compact design and competitive costs.
Maestro beam&wall: programming freedom
All SCM cnc machining centres for timber construction are equipped with the SCM Maestro beam&wall software, compatible with the main industry CAD systems.
Programming freedom is guaranteed, as Maestro beam&wall allows programming both in the office using a PC and directly on the machine from the upgraded eye-M top plus operator console complete with Maestro active beam&wall, the new HMI offering a simple, intuitive control and an optimisation of the production flow.

DMC SYSTEM XL: built bigger to work harder
Dmc system xl, automatic calibrating-sanding machine that with its modules is able to process both top and bottom face of CLT panels up to 3.700 mm wide and 500 mm thick. These units can be fully combined and integrated with each other by offering very high configuration versatility according to the customer's production requirements.
