Functional and compact thanks to the reduced overall dimensions. This is the first important plus of the vertical panel saws.
scm extends and renews its range of completely made in Italy models, which, as well as being easy to place in any work space, even the smallest, stand out for their maximum cutting performance, which has nothing to envy to traditional panel saws.
The new range of gabbiani vertical panel saws is powerful and sturdy compared to the standard machines of its category. In fact, it ensures a higher resistance to solicitations thanks to the electro welded frame.
It is possible to choose the model that best suits the production needs: without scoring unit or with paired scoring unit with 2 saw blades or, moreover, with the addition of an independent motor with mechanical insertion. Several options for a common result: high cutting performance at a very competitive price.
The gabbiani vertical panel saws can be used to cut different types of wood materials such as plywood, laminate and solid wood.
It is possible to cut one or more panels at the same time. Scm offers different models of vertical panel saws, some able to make particularly precise cuts, others more suitable for making pre-cuts that will be completed by Sizing edge banders or cnc machining centers.
The vertical panel saw consists of a slightly inclined support base
on which to position the panel to be cut. The saw carriage,
mounted on a sliding arm, allows the machine to move both
horizontally and vertically, enabling the panel or panels to be cut.
This system is particularly suitable for companies with limited
production areas and quantities of material, but who do not want to
renounce to precise and functional technologies during the panel sizing phase.
Variable panel height (without length limits)
Power and speed of the cutting group with possibility of blades replacement
Types of blades for cutting different materials with different thicknesses
Systems for the loading of the panel by a single operator
Systems for the extraction of the cutting dusts
Systems for the mechanical balancing of the cutting unit
Panel clamping and stop systems
