SCM presents the blade off new safety system for sliding table saws.

Thanks to blade off, safety is no longer considered as an obstacle but as an integral part of the working, maintaining high quality and productivity of the processing, thus providing a new working concept.

The system prevents any accidental contact of the operator with the blade, recognising the human body and triggering extraordinarily quickly, ensuring complete protection even at high feed speeds, including up to 2 m/s.

All this occurs in full compliance with the machine ergonomics, in a non-destructive and never invasive way, without affecting the functionality and the accuracy of the machine.
