Robotic Lean Cell Demos
Making its international debut, the newly enhanced Lean Cell will showcase next-level integrated panel processing production. The Lean Cell is integrated with the Flexstore, a material storage and retrieval system;gabbiani g2 beam saw; morbidelli X400 high-speed nesting cell with automatic labeling; omal HBD 1300 bore and dowel machine with laser measurement; and a 7-axes Kawasaki industrial robot that sorts and stacks panels for downstream processing. Parts are sorted and oriented according to their edgebanding requirements and end panels are placed in matched pairs for assembly.

SCM's New Range of Tenoning-Mortising Machines
The new balestrini pico CNC Tenoning and Mortising machines, which will make its debut at the AWFS show, are characterized by their high machining quality, fast set-up times, and ergonomic design. These machines are specifically made to create joints for the production of frames and shuttered doors in solid wood or melamine-coated MDF.
