Scm Group toasts to Holiday Season with its employees

We are now just a few days away from the Christmas Holidays and, as per tradition, the Scm Group team has returned to gather in the various offices to toast together to the main results achieved in the year that is coming to a close.

A year where once again the real difference was made by the people of the Group, who worked with commitment and dedication to enable the company to achieve these results despite a macro-economic context marked by not a few difficulties at the international level.

CEO Marco Mancini met in person with employees at the Rimini, Thiene and CMS facility in Zogno and illustrated the main investments made in innovation, digitalization, after sales and sustainability, while also recalling recent acquisitions aimed at strengthening the Group's presence at the top end of the market and entering new business segments: Tecno Logica, in the sector of highly innovative, customizable and productive industrial plants, and Mecal Machinery in the area of aluminum, pvc and light alloy processing.

One of the most engaging moments was the award ceremony for retiring employees, who have shared much of their journey with Scm Group, writing an important page of the company.

A special recognition was also given to the winners of the Improvement ideas and Innovation Awards and their projects that will contribute to raising the level of products and services made by the group and its companies in different business sectors.

From one location to another, the events continued with a toast in honor of the whole team, wishing a new year full of opportunities and successes.
