balestrini idea is a 5-axis machining centre with fixed gantry structure, single machine bed and one or two independent mobile worktables. It is the ideal solution for interior and exterior furniture manufacturers, who need ease of use, flexibility and power in an area of just 13,5 square meters.
THE SMALLEST MACHINE IN THE CATEGORY
The reduced dimensions make it possible to avoid disassembly for shipment. Dimensions that do not limit performances, allowing to process very voluminous work pieces even in pendulum cycle.
MODULARITY OF THE WORKTABLE
The bars worktable is designed to have maximum modularity according to production needs. The work piece locking devices are perfectly suited to the processing of pieces of any shape. The aluminium multifunction worktable allows optimum locking of the pieces, using jigs or dedicated devices (suction cups and clamps).
HIGH PROCESSING SPEED
With the 5-axis revolver machining head units, all the required tools are always available. This guarantees unparalleled processing speed.
Alternatively, it is possible to equip the machine with the single-spindle machining head unit LI11, ideal for complex operations and heavy stock removal.
SIMPLIFIED 5-AXIS PROGRAMMING
The new 5-axis Smart Pro CAD/CAM software allows to generate work pieces and operations, to automatically optimize and simulate in a single work environment, greatly reducing programming time.
