SLIMCURE - UV modular units - water cooling

When available space is an issue, it is necessary to use UV modular units with limited dimensions, so they can be directly installed in  printing machines.
Being the units small, the heat dispersion surfaces are limited and it is therefore needed to use a fluid cooling system.
Expressly for this purpose Superfici developed a system suitable to be installed on any printing machine. 
The most common issue when installing a UV system in a printing machine is the fact that printing machines have different mechanical features and very often it is difficult to install the modules in a proper position to achieve the best focus, when considering the sheets to be treated.
The Labes reflector studied by Superfici achieves a perfect focusing at different distances and it is therefore an optimum solution, which can be easily adapted to any mechanical construction , maintaining the best polymerisation performance.
The lamps used are the results of an accurate and continuous improvement.
They can work at  the max. power of 200 W/cm and, thanks to the electronic power supply units, they achieve a stand by power of 15% of the maximum installed power.
Each lamp has a three-phase power feed, reflector swivelling control sensors in case of stand by or  line stop, stepless power adjustment eventually also automatically modulated according to the printing speed.
