SCM innovation and expertise for the timber construction industry are on stage these days at DACH+HOLZ International in Stuttgart.
The leading trade fair in the sector started off with an excellent turnout and continues at the SCM stand with great enthusiasm and a rich programme of technical demonstrations and insights to satisfy the most current requirements and curiosities in the field of green building industry.
At the centre is the real 'star' of the SCM stand: the oikos xs cnc machining centre, the subject of demos dedicated to the production of specific structural elements, such as different types of timber frame walls, roof portions, structural beams and elements with X-fix connection.
But how long will oikos xs take to fabricate one of these elements? Visitors to DACH+HOLZ can try to guess this by participating in the SCM competition: up for grabs is a stay in Rimini for two people with a visit to the new SCM Technology Center. The winner of the first day was a young carpenter from a German company in the sector, who was awarded by the Regional Manager of the DACH area, Giovanni Masino, and the Product&Markets Director, Pietro Gheller.
Until 8 March there will also be dedicated software demos to experience live the advantages offered by the new Maestro active beam&wall HMI, transversal to all models of the oikos and area ranges of cnc machining centres for timber construction.
The Stuttgart event is also an opportunity to take a closer look at the entire SCM range for the sector: in a così SCM Arena, the public can attend presentations on the new additions to the wide range of cnc solutions, such as oikos xl+, and dmc system xl, automatic sanding and calibrating machine, as well as discovering the latest trends together with green building experts.
The SCM team is ready to welcome many more professionals and industry enthusiasts: meet at booth 421 at Hall 10 of the Stuttgart Trade Fair!
