The innovative scm maker is the portable CNC router for milling on large areas without taking up permanent space, thus revolutionising the way of processing flat surfaces of CNC machines.
It is aimed at a very wide audience: craftsmen, makers, professionals, designers, artisan joineries, stage-set designers, building industries, and shared workspaces such as construction sites, workshops, schools and co-working spaces.
Featuring a compact design, it is lightweight and easy to handle, so it can be taken to any workplace and it can be placed directly on the panel to be performed, significantly increasing the operational efficiency.
UNLIMITED WORK AREA
The innovatory positioning sensor system allows machining panels with a diagonal of up to 3.5 meters.
Moreover, the sensors can be repositioned multiple times on the surface, expanding without limits the work area extension.
HIGH ACCURACY
The positioning system, consisting of two tower sensors powered by rechargeable battery, triangulates the router position with the necessary exactitude and it corrects its trajectory in case of wheels loss of traction, ensuring smooth movement and accurate cutting for each processing.
AUTONOMOUS ROUTING
The CAM software, supplied with scm maker, generates the cutting path and it provides the robot the positioning references for performing the pre-set operation, without any manual intervention by the user.
