AUTOWALL is a production line for wall frames with sheathing and optional breather membrane on one side. The walls are produced at the maximum length to optimize usage for every station, then they are cut to size before stacking. Workflow is fully automated through CAD/CAM. The different machines are equipped with automatic setup, to adapt easily to constant change in elements dimensions. Automatic alignment of the wall elements; high security level and automatic transport of the wall between the stations.
