All UV LED Superfici’s curing, on paper and on critical substrates, are installed in the machine without any modifications which results in an energy saving of about 70% and eliminates the powder spraying  and unnecessary noise and odors inside of the working environment.

The led generator DOUBLE MATRIX Superfici was created as a complete polymerization.

Ventajas

FLEXIBILITY: the system can be activated after the last printing group on the cylinder or between the outgoing chains.

EFFICIENCY: in one printing machine with the perfecting we must install a double matrix before the perfecting delivery and another one on the exit of the press.
