High-capacity rotary spraying machine specific for stain applications.
Superior quality achieved from the high number of guns and rotational speed which guarantee uniform application even in the most critical situations. The automatic change of filters prevents production cycle interruption and reduces maintenance operations.
QUALITY
Thanks to the high number of guns, up to 20, which can be managed individually and at the height of the carousel - which can be set according to a recipe - optimization of application is realized for those critical products such as colors, where uniformity of application is the basis of the final result.
CUSTOMIZABLE
With two sets of 10 guns, and the optional ability to add and/or switch out multiple recovery units mounted on the machine, colors can be changed without stopping production.
EASE
The system also boasts a PC interface with easy and intuitive 3D graphics. The parameters, functionality and diagnostics of the machine, can be monitored with remote control. All parameters necessary for specific finishing operations can be programmed.
CLEANING
The machine is equipped with a dry filtering system with removable filter boxes. An optional automatic filter change system - FILTER ON DEMAND - which allows the replacement of dry filters when clogged is available.
