All of Superfici's UV LED systems, on paper and on critical substrates, are installed in the machine without any modifications which results in an energy saving of about 70% and eliminates the anti-friction dust and unnecessary noise and odors inside of the working environment.
The LED generator SINGLE MATRIX Superfici has been created to perform an intermediate polymerization. The lamp can be used in the most elastic way possible.
EFFICIENCY: polymerization printed in the first machine of white, of Pantone or backgrounds which, for the charges, are necessary.
QUALITY: the system results indispensable for all actions of color and four-color process.
