Laccabord allows the application of colors, fillers, bases on profiles with different shapes. A series of application, drying and painting groups are positioned in sequence to perform the desired finishing process on the edge of the panel.

Advantages

FLEXIBILITY: Laccabord allows the painting processes normally applied on the surface of the panels and to be reproduced on straight or shaped edges. Spray, tape and roller application. The tape application unit for fillers and bottoms it adapts easily to any shape and thanks to the fast profile change device, allows great flexibility in applied weights.

FAST: The series of necessary groups are integrated in a chain truck basement. The machine can be unilateral or bilateral, depending on whether you want to paint, one side or two sides at the same time. Equipped with electronic control for the management of the various working groups, the machine can be integrated in finishing lines or stand-alone.
