Top/bottom calibrating sanding line for large-sized companies in the woodworking industry characterised by high working feed speed rates and strong stock removals in heavy-duty production lines.
Dedicated solution to process both panel sides in a single pass.
The bottom unit machine and the top unit machine can be integrated in a single unit or can be supplied as two stand-alone units joined by a conveyor belt.
The main devices that characterise this type of machine are:
- Calibrating unit with Ø 250 and 320 mm diameter roller
- Sanding unit with Ø 250 mm planer
- Heavy pressure bars
- Vacuum hold-down table for small pieces, with electric fan embedded in the machine frame
- Air blade unit for panels cleaning
The industrial design of System is based on a wide sharing of construction components between bottom units and top units machine.
This rational architectural solution let the end user make easier the maintenance operations, and to stock fewer wearing spare parts for both machines.
The steel pressure bars feature a strong gantry-type structure and an innovative pneumatic locking system both guaranteed to hold the workpiece securely in place under the operating units. The results are plain to see. An excellent performance even on the heaviest calibrating tasks.
Processing one side per time is possible to obtain excellent finihing results both on calibrating and sanding.
Total management of the machine through “eye-M” control panel with 17" touch-screen, the machine is developed according to the Industry 4.0 principles.
