celaschi action is a double-sided tenoning machine designed to process head and tail of wooden elements for a wide range of applications, such as rails and stiles of windows and doors and flooring planks. Integrated in line with SCM moulding, profiling and drilling machines, it is the best choice for a flexible and highly productive manufacturing.
GREAT COMPACTNESS
Its design allows to process pieces crosswise without rotating them, resulting in a linear, straight and optimized layout.
HIGH FLEXIBILITY
Each of the 4 electrospindle with HSK 85S rapid tool chuck can be equipped with a RAPID 6-position automatic tool store, allowing up to 24 different profiles to choose from. Tool management and recognition can also be available.
BATCH ONE PRODUCTION
Zero set-up time to process pieces in sequence with different length, width and thickness.
EASY PROGRAMMING AND INDUSTRY 4.0
Maestro active square is the new SCM software for the programming and management of celaschi profiling, squaring and tenoning machines. Thanks to direct and immediate communication of the factory with the office, the transfer of work lists and production reports is now easier.
