For better management of the overspray, the dimensions of the booth and the distance between arms have been significantly increased. The filtering roof also has an extra height to grant a uniform air flow from top to bottom, avoiding turbulence and maximizing transfer efficiency in the spraying area.

ECO-SUSTAINABILITY
Superfici is very sensitive to the topic of eco-sustainability and therefore has thought of new systems for saving energy and money. It is possible to adjust the inlet and outlet air volumes, the settings can be saved and automatically reduced to a minimum in case no pieces are coming. The reclaiming system has been updated in order to reduce the lacquer and solvent consumption to a minimum.

RAPIDITY
The machine can be supplied with filter on demand (the self-changing filter) to obtain the highest quality without line stops or operator interventions. It is possible to save different gun settings into recipe and switching from one application to another in a short time thanks to the quick release of the gun holder plate. Thanks to the new reclaiming replacement kit, cleaning operations are significantly reduced.

SOFTWARE
Maestro active finishing is the new Superfici software with the same look & feel of all SCM technologies. The new interface has been specifically designed and optimized for simple and immediate use through touch screen, the HMI console also offers a multitouch experience. The color change is directly integrated into the software.
