TRUSS SYSTEM NT is an effective solution for manufacturing roof trusses. Our system utilizes C-press heads, LAP laser guidance, movable permanent magnet fixtures against a steel floor, and a selection of crane systems.
The truss frame is carefully positioned on permanent magnet fixtures, aligning it along the truss joints. Using the C-press, suspended from one of our versatile crane systems, operators easily manually move from fixture to fixture, precisely with the help of LAP laser guidance pressing all the joints. The choice of optimal press and crane depends on your specific factory layout and the type of nail plates used.
