ZEROLABOR is a fully automatic robotic system that performs various machining operations. It can be configured according to customer’s needs and it is suitable to the flexible manufacturing of walls, floors and roofs. The core of the system is a robotic cell that can be integrated into the production line or work as a standalone unit. The automated process includes several stations to execute: sheet handling and fastening, screwing-stapling-nailing, cut out for openings, marking with inkjet, gluing, waste handling, straightening of building component.
