celaschi cpm is a single-sided profiling (sticking) machine, compact and electronic, ideal for longitudinal processing of solid wood and MDF elements dedicated to the realization of kitchen doors and similar items. Designed to offer maximum efficiency to companies in the furniture sector, allows production for small and medium batches.
MAXIMUM PRODUCTIVITY
Thanks to a hand-loaded hopper feeder, workpieces can be fed into the machine automatically, achieving a productivity of up to 100 elements per minute (127 mm at 20 m/min).
GREAT FLEXIBILITY
The electrospindle HSK 63F, associated with the RAPID 8-position tool store, allows different profiles to be easily produced. Tool management and recognition can also be added.
EASY PROGRAMMING AND INDUSTRY 4.0
Maestro active square is the new SCM software for the programming and management of celaschi profiling machines. Thanks to direct and immediate communication of the factory with the office, the transfer of work lists and production reports is now easier.
